The Black Sea Accelerator for a Sustainable Blue Economy, jointly implemented by the two Black Sea projects under the Horizon 2020 Programme – BRIDGE-BS and DOORS, is launching a second call for business ideas and proposals for innovative solutions in the blue
The accelerator supports the expansion of sustainable businesses in the blue economy sectors, offering successful applicants services such as investor pitch preparation, as well as opportunities for partner matchmaking, funding, and investments.
Who can apply and what proposals are eligible?
Eligible applicants are those from the Black Sea region or those wishing to develop activities in the Black Sea region. Applicants can be:
- individuals or legal entities;
- startups and established companies with innovative ideas and developments in the blue economy sectors;
- universities and research organizations.
A mandatory requirement is that applicants must have more advanced solutions – ready for market entry with a TRL 6 or higher.
The application deadline for the second and final call is July 20, 2024, with support provided from mid-September to the end of 2024.
