The European IP Helpdesk thematic chart has been specially translated and adapted for Bulgarian users and partners of Enterprise Europe Network Bulgaria.
“EU Plant Variety Rights” provides a concise overview of the requirements and procedure for obtaining protection for plant varieties throughout the EU, the scope and duration of the exclusive right, the fees associated with obtaining and maintaining the right, as well as its advantages compared with plant variety rights obtained under national systems.
