The Joint Innovation Center at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency have the pleasure of inviting you to the Sixth Edition of the “Science for Business” Forum with networking, which will take place on 16 June 2026 in Vitosha Hall, Inter Expo Center, Sofia.
Following five successful editions, the “Science for Business” Forum has established itself as a key driver of innovation, technological advancement, and economic development. In Bulgaria, as in many other countries, the synergy between science and business is becoming increasingly important for stimulating research activities and creating new products and services.
The fruitful partnership between the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency over recent years has provided institutional support for strengthening cooperation between science and business, contributing both to the increased competitiveness of SMEs and to the enhanced effectiveness of Bulgarian science. During the event, technological solutions, services, and projects of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences aimed at industry will be presented, along with successful collaboration practices.
As part of the event, a dedicated expo area will be organized where the Academy’s research institutes will showcase their latest developments through individual exhibition stands, enabling business representatives to explore new products and innovations and to hold bilateral meetings.
